    They will have no official competitions until the Champions League, but the Parisians went back into training on 22 June. No one was absent. Neymar was one of the first to heed the call after his confinement in Brazil. Everyone turned up with the right weight—a sign they are well aware that the Champions League is three matches away and that, with a front three of Neymar, Mbappé and Icardi, the Parisians are favourites.


    Cavani, Thiago Silva and Meunier's contracts are up and they have haven't re-joined the team, so PSG's squad is light heading into the Champions League. There are question marks over Meunier's future, whereas Cavani has all but signed with another club—it's looking likely that he'll join Atlético—and Thiago Silva is in negotiations with Fiorentina and Olympique de Lyon, while his agent is getting calls from clubs who think Thiago Silva has two more seasons at the highest level.
